This is the common point highlighted during the discussions held between Juan Jose Ruiz Martinez, the Rector of the University Miguel Hernandez of Elche (and the Team he leads) and Dr. MUHIRE Philbert, the Director General of Ruhengeri Level Two Teaching Hospital, visited today, Thursday, 15^th January, 2026, with the main purpose of strengthening the Cooperation between both Institutions.

With this Public Spanish University, they have discussed about more various ways of collaboration such as Education, Trainings, Research and other areas they can support, including donations in terms of medical materials needed in Surgery, Internal Medecines and other Services.
